I spent some time on this yesterday. The page Dennis found for you has
more information about the Elmo Smith crime than any I found. The
pages I found were actually about other things, but had a mention of
the Elmo Smith trial drawing to the fact that Elmo Smith was the last
person in Pennsylvania executed by electrocution.
