To quote NBCi:

So it looks like you are experiencing an intermittent virtual harddrive
feature outage.

I don't see a virtual hard drive, but that Sharehouse feature might be
what you seek.
There is a link there for "My Web site" and other junk...and I do mean
junk. This new NBCi site is a real testament to overkill.
If you don't find what you need now, just wait a while. Maybe it will
show up sooner or later.
