I was able to sign-up, get an account at NBCi. However, every link reached
a dead end or http://wwwx.nbci.com/zy/ which redirects one to
http://www.xoom.zy.com/logon.asp for another login in order to access
pagebuilder, empty directories or "not available"
Personally, I would save myself the frustration and stay away from that
'free web hosting' for a few days probably weeks.
Imagine, a site that wasn't complete before publishing *LOL*.
