Sir/M'm, I registered a domain name with M/s Network Solutions Inc. (NSI) and Server Space with a UK based company (M/s 34SP). Now I need to change the DSN info in the NSI database to the Primary and Secondary Name Server names provided by M/s 34SP. I have the account id and password to make the changes. But the online registration form does not accept the primary server name. *** It seems to accept only the DSN of ISPs registered with NSI. And it needs the names not IP addresses. *** My account with NSI is the online type which does not need the e-mail confirmation used in normal NSI accounts. The e-mail support of NSI provided two telephone numbers in US which must be contacted, but it will cost me more than it takes to register another domain with serverspace, to make a phone call to the US. How can I make the primary server of the ISP who is not a (so called) 'Premium Partner' of NSI to work with my domain registered with NSI? Thank you, Sajeev.
