I am afraid the only answer I can give you at this point is what I see
in the whois for 34sp.com:

--whois--

Registrant:
Mr Daniel Foster
   34 Sackville Place, Bombay St
   Manchester
   Greater Manchester
   M1 7AT
   UK

Domain Name: 34SP.COM

Administrative Contact, Billing Contact, Technical Contact:
   "Mr Daniel Foster" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
   Phone: 0161 236 1433
   Fax:
Registrar:
   "Mr Easyspace Hostmaster" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
   Phone: http://www.easyspace.com/
   Fax: +44 1932 350 222

   Record last updated on 2000-09-25.
   Record created on 2000-09-11.

   Domain servers in listed order:

   NS.34SP.COM 208.155.66.79

--end whois---

I do not see a NIC Handle, but there is a domain server listed with
it's IP address.

My only suggestion is to write NSI support and give them a copy of that
whois and ask them for guidance.
