LOL, I wished you had asked me this yesterday. :-)
I think I began with simply "Paper back book covers" or "Book covers
paper back". I got several results on that and just noted one of them
for you in my response. I then remembered, incredible as it may seem,
that back in my elementary school, we made book covers out of grocery
sacks. So I think I searched on those keywords...something along the
order of "grocery sack book covers."
