[SaF] Barcode info

I have a WEIRD Q!

I have a buddy who has this barcode as a tattoo, but will not tell me what it 
reads. He claims it has special meaning, but it IS a true barcode with real 
scan-ability.

Any suggestions?  Can anyone decipher it for me?
