"Cheat Sheet" is an slang expression meaning a crib sheet or a 
reference paper to refer to when memory escapes you.  Cheat Sheets have 
been used by computer users to refer to listed commands such as an HTML 
cheat sheet; a Windows user commands cheat sheet; etc. 

In the case of that AltaVista page, they are calling it a Cheat Sheet 
as a hint to you to print out the page for ready reference.
