Oh yeah, I have a link that I couldn't find until just now. Try this
URLomatic:

    http://samspade.org/t/url.cgi

which, when checked against the URL above yields:

This means you connect using normal web http to host 2024561414 and
fetch /

2024561414 is just another way of writing the IP address 120.172.91.6

The URL is accessible as http://120.172.91.6/ and is hosted by
120.172.91.6
