Gentlemen......
I appreciate each one, Ed , Benjamen, Allen, and Robert ( sorry if I
have missed anyone ) for your input.
I have heard and read that many folks that know anything at all about
building webpages don't like to use an editor such as Front Page,
however; there are many who do use them. I understand that DreamWeaver
is suppose to be the better one.
I have not seen it.
I understand the reasoning behind not using them. In using them they
seem to add a lot of unnecessary coding. All scripts do not work with
them properly.
I know just a very little html. I get frustrated using it and it seems
to take so long.
With the editors... you can work back and forth. You do have access to
the html as well as previewing it as you work on it. I can go in and
edit html as I like.
I have seen some tutorials on nested tables.... I am sure it would only
take a little work.
And yes , all those really neat websites look as if they are done in
tables.
Well, I am going to check out all the info that you have given to me and
see what I can do.
Yes, I do need to take a class on just learning html.
.... do not have a lot of extra time :(
Let me ask you one more thing..... are we saying that it would be better
not to use templates? Make your own?
Okay... another question, where do you find professional looking
graphics like that on MSNBC ?
I appreciate you men.... You are a very smart bunch! I may need your
help later :)
Hope you will be here !
