No, I wanted to convey to you that you could work with templates much
better if you had a good, basic understanding of HTML. Some templates
are very simple and others can be quite complicated with nested tables
and divided images.
I referred you to a template site in my first response. I have played
with some of those templates. What I do is just open the HTML code up
and read through it and see where I need to edit the code to
personalize the page for my own needs. You could try and load one of
them into an html editor and go from there, but you really run the risk
of having a sloppy finished product.

Do you have a graphic design program like Paint Shop Pro? Web
designers use programs like that or Corel Paint, etc. to aid them.
There are also 3D Font programs and gif animators and many other
graphic programs to aid you in web design.
