Visit Domain Name Buyers Guide:

No, that allows you to register multiple domains and then sell each of
them to others. You would be able to set up a control site for each
holder of your domains with individual passwords so they could manage
their own domains. I honestly do not think this is something you would
want to involve yourself.
If you just want to register a domain for a future web site, then most
any recognizable registry service today will suffice. You can and
should shop around for best fees.
As far as enom.com is concerned, they charge $30/year and you only get
domains for $15/year when you buy in bulk.
The last two domains I registered only cost me $15.00 each for a year's
registration. You might do better than that, but any lower than that
and you start wondering if it's too good to be true. :-)
