Yes a service like this will set up a online e-commerce site that 
provides you all the tools and features you would need.

You need sales to earn profits.  The more visitors you get, the better 
the odds are that you will increase your sales.  The real money to make 
is not in selling to the first time visitor, but in selling to repeat 
customers.  If you can do that, you will have staying power.
