Hellooooooooooooo!
I'm having problems with my modem lately and I called tech support today to
hear some
unsettling news. The tech and I sat there chatting and he asked if I
recently installed
AOL v6.0 because that was causing a lot of problems with older modems.
He mentioned that there is a multi-million dollar suit against AOL right now
b/c of
this problem.
I am interested in some information regarding what the tech told me. He was
speaking "off the record" so I'm not sure how valid it is etc.
