May I have permission to send your name/email address along to a doctoral
student/friend of mine who is doing research on your subject? I mentioned
your need for good research on gay and lesbian communities as my friend's
doctoral dissertation is on identity development in the disabled community
and I had a hunch she was also going to be familiar with related topics.
My friend responded to my query:
"I can make a referral to someone who is gay and in our doctoral
program. He is in the midst of developing gay identity development models
and has access to all the literature which began more or less in 1979 or
so in this field. I do not remember most of the major names right off the
bat but he would know them. If you can give me the person's name and
email address i can locate his address and send the request along to
him if you wish."
Sounds as if this person might be a wealth of information for you. (smile)
I was not sure if you'd be using the school email address or a home address
over the weekend so am sending this both to you and the list.
