[SaF] Software to build a book

Hi iīm looking for a site that explains (i donīt know if it exist) how to
make with a given soft, a book from a Word doc.
A mean, i have a document on txt format what i want is to compile it to
print it later, on boths sides of the page to build a book.
This is not so simple, because i want to print to pages for paper sheetAm i enough 
clear? if not please ask, i need this urgent.
