I'm seeing this differently - there used to be some program, somewhere
that allowed you to layout text in a booklet form...this may be pre MS
Publisher, but I remember such a program existed, I think it would even
print in such a way you could put pages in to simulated double sided
printing, perhaps someone can think of this program, perhaps this is what
the requestor needs - not expensive MS publisher.
