[SeeknFind] graphs with DB

Is there a software package handling at the same time a database, or
spredsheet, AND able to produce good graphics AND able to produce an
.exe that someone knows of ?

I understand Clarion does the db and .exe, but uses an add-on tool for
the grahics.

I understand Crystal Reports does the graphics and the .exe and takes
the data from any db.

But I am wondering if somewhere there is an integrated tool?
