Most any "office suite" will do the tasks you require, however I am a
little confused by what you mean by producing an .exe. If you mean
making presentation files, then yes, most office suites would have some
type of program that will enable you to do this.
Microsoft Office, Corel WordPerfect Office, and Lotus Suite all come to
mind. However, each of those suites are very expensive.
Let me suggest you check out the free office suite now owned by Sun
Microsytems, called StarOffice.
