[SeeknFind] First over the Andes?

Can anyone refer me to where I can the details of the first aviator to have
flown over the South American Andes? I have very little information to go
on, but I believe it was in the period after the First World War, and that
it may have been an Argentinean national.  Any list members from the
Argentine?
