Brian, doesn't a program have to be written specifically to run on 
Win32?  One cannot simply get a Windows95 program and expect it to run 
on a Windows-3 machine simply because you have Win32, can one?

Anyway, the program/utility can be downloaded from Microsoft's FTP site:
