I don't think this is exactly what you want, but it comes closest to
what I've seen so far...
The Sharper Image Catalog has a clock radio that has a recorder
reminder feature:

You can record one 20 second message to be played back on schedule.
I could use something like that to remind me that it is garbage day or
remind me of an errand I have to do, upon waking up in a morning. :-)
It is only $19.95 and would make a good gift if you do not want one for
yourself. :-)
Sharper Image also has a couple of memo recorder devices that allow you
to record and save memos in folders. You can see and review these
messages anytime. However, they do not have alarms to kick in with
reminders at set dates.
