[SaF] Web designer in northern New Jersey

I'd like to find a Web designer in northern New Jersey. Lot's of Yellow
Pages listings, but that -- of course -- doesn't tell me anything about
competence/quality, etc.

Does anyone have first-hand experience -- good or bad -- with Web
designers in my area?
