We need to first distinguish between online backup services and "file
hosting" services. Those services that you mention are "file hosting"
services, whereby you upload files from your hard drive to their
servers. The main objective of "file hosting" services are the sharing
of files. They are not meant to be secure sites to store your most
important data.
That said, see the following Yahoo page of "File hosting" sites:

You will find that many of those services listed are free, ad supported
services.
As to any of these services providing e-mail uploading, I think you
would realize that would be doubtful. However, I will leave you to
