[SaF] conversion utility

Hello,

Sometimes I have to use the hexadecimal table.

I would like to know if there is any utility (a soft, website, javascript
or else) that I could enter the characters and obtain a conversion I could
cut and paste, or at least read. Better if it allows conversion of   many
characters at the sme time.
