Well, it depends on how you view things, I guess.

Hexadecimal and decimal _are_ numbers by definition.  If, however what you
mean is, if I have a hex string such as ADE - how can I enter it?  The
answer is - just like that, ADE in hex translates to 2782 in decimal and
25134 in decimal translates to 622E in hex.
