I discovered an interesting shopping agent site the other day.  It is 
designed for folks that just hate paying sales tax.  They collate 
retail sites that won't charge you sales tax based on the state in 
which you live:

Of a somewhat different purpose, the Priceline.com site can be used to 
search the best prices of big ticket items.  In this case, YOU tell 
Priceline what you want to pay and Priceline searches for a seller to 
match your price.  This a "name your price" service.   Hotel rooms, 
cars, home mortgages, airline tickets, long distance telephone and 
Priceline is even getting into the grocery business.  Priceline should 
be bookmarked now for when you will need it later.
