To whom or to what media was the Interview given? If the Interview
appeared in a print media, such as a magazine or newspaper or in radio
or television, then you might search the WWW sites of the origin of the
interview.

Else, assuming the Interview was in German, use German search engines
or use search engines that can be set for language, such as AltaVista.

I would hesitate to say it is impossible, but searching for a needle in
a haystack can be made more difficult by limiting your means to rummage
through the haystack.
