Hi,
I wonder if anyone has dealt with CyberRebate.com I placed a rather large
order from them but I've had problems. They were out of stock on one item.
They packed a note in my shipment saying they already credited my credit
card but when I checked they hadn't. They also overcharged me. The only way
to contact them is by email which I have tried several times to no avail. I
did get most of what I ordered but they are unresponsive to my inquiries
regarding the problems I'm having
They claim everything they sell comes with a rebate. Now I'm wondering if
they'll really send my rebates. I would appreciate help from anyone who
knows anything about them or how I might resolve this. Thanks.
