[SaF] Change Settings for "A" and "E" Drive

I reformatted my laptop: Acer TravelMate 330T
Win 98, 32 Megs RAM 

One of my children passworded the CMOS and 
lost it.  As such I can't change the drive from 
"A" to "E" where the CD-ROM is. 

Please advise an alternate method to use 
my laptop
