I see that you are using Outlook Express for your mail program so you are probably 
using Internet Explorer for your browser.
If so, you can change the Accessibility options.
First, in the browser's toolbar click on Tools.
Then click on Internet Options.
Then click on the Accessibility button on the bottom right corner of the box.
The box that opens next gives you several options that enable you to override the 
settings of the web page and will make it easier
for you to view.
I don't know how to change the settings for the Netscape browser, but I'm sure I can 
find the answer if anyone needs it.
