Dear All,

1) In November 1999 to February 2000, the Ontario Ministry of Northern
Development and Mines funded the acquisition of seven airborne
   magnetic/electromagnetic surveys totalling ~105,000 line-km. These data
   will be released as follows:

OTH Test Site Five Systems July 6
Cochrane Geotem III (30 Hz) July 20
   Vickers Dighem V July 20
Temagami Geotem III (90 Hz) July 27
   Schreiber High-Sense August 3
Kirkland Lake Geotem III (30 Hz) August 17
   Garden-Obonga Dighem V August 31
   Matheson Spectrem 2000 September 13

Pre-release order forms for digital and hard copy products from the
above-mentioned surveys will be posted on the OTH website shortly.
Complete details of the products and pricing (nominal cost) are
   available there.

The test site comprises ~100 line-km of data over a variety of bedrock
conductors with a mixture of overburden cover. The release of this data
will incorporate geology from surface mapping and drillholes to
   characterize the geophysical responses.

2) To complement the new flying, the Ministry purchased ~126,000 line-km
of proprietary data, comprising twelve surveys using a mixture of
magnetic and electromagnetic methods. The locations and more details on
these surveys will be posted on the OTH website shortly.

3) The airborne geophysical survey work for the second year of Operation
Treasure Hunt will consist of a high-resolution magnetic/radiometric
survey over the Fort Hope greenstone belt. A Request for Proposal to
fly this survey will be issued in due course.
