No more new list and old list. This is "the" segmin list. So if you want people to read your messages and give feedback (like the recent Susc meter discussion) be sure to send them to the right place. If you are reading this email you are on the list. If you are still in doubt for some reason use this checklist. 1) messages from "the" list server come from [email protected] 2) messages from "the" list have [SEGMIN] in the subject line. 3) messages from "the" list have a footer that includes quite a bit of detail. ----------------------- SEGMIN community mailing list service ([email protected]). From this page you can change login (using your password), unsubscribe or get a password reminder emailed to you. If you sign in you will be taken to another page with many more options. You can change your password, unsubscribe etc... At the bottom there is a long list of options including how often you get emails (set digest mode). Three options that might be of interest are: >> "Receive your own posts to the list?" Ordinarily, you will get a copy of every message you post to the list. If you don't want to receive this copy, set this option to No. "Receive acknowledgement mail when you send mail to the list?" - this one could prevent the "Did my message go out worries?" "Get password reminder email for this list?" Once a month, you will get an email containing a password reminder for every list at this host to which you are subscribed. -you may not want this set to you yes if you are using a password that you use for multiple sites, but we all know we aren't supposed to do that right.
