Is the "one student" you are referring to Ted Lilley, because he was a graduate student at Western at the time.

I dont have current stats for KEGS but the number of members with a mining company affiliation is now much lower and the service sector much higher. Also the number of university reps is also lower.
There were no Australian or women members of KEGS in 1965.
