2009 Garner Tullis Regatta
March 14/15, 2009 Host: The 2009 Garner Tullis regatta will be hosted by Tulane University and Southern Yacht Club. The regatta will be held at Southern Yacht Club, New Orleans, Louisiana. The event will be held in 420's Rules: The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012, the current ICSA Procedural Rules. All teams to wear team uniforms as described in PR13(e). Format: The regatta will be a 2-Division, rotational event. Housing: Housing is available, let me know ASAP how many you need housing for. Report time will be 9:00 at Southern Yacht Club.
