NOTICE OF RACE
1. Rules
The Regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules
of Sailing for 2009-2012 (RRS), ICSA Procedural Rules (PR's), this NOR and the
SIs
2. Boats
Standard two divisional rotation in 420's
3. Schedule of Races
Saturday Mar. 20 09:00 Report Time
09:15 Competitors Meeting
10:00 First Warning
Depending on interest and the time at which we complete one full rotation we
will do 2 x 2 team racing immediately following the regular regatta. The
results from the team racing will not affect the overall results of the regatta.
4. Sailing Instructions
The Sailing Instructions will be available Saturday, March 20.
5. Location
The event will take place on Lake Pontchartrain out of Southern Yacht Club. 105
N. Roadway Street, New Orleans, LA 70124.
6. Procedures and Course
Regatta management, procedures and courses will be in accordance to ICSA PR.
7. Housing
Limited housing available upon request. Please contact the regatta organizer
ASAP with the number of teammates if requesting housing.
