SEISA Dinghy Championship Hosted by the University of Texas & Austin Yacht Club March 27-28, 2010 NOTICE OF RACE 1. Rules 1.1 The Regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing for 2009‑2012 (RRS), ICSA Procedural Rules (PR's), SEISA Champioship Conditions, this NOR and the SI’s 1.2 Not all SEISA teams are eligible; only Regular and Provisional member schools who have competed in at least 3 SEISA regattas this semester and are current on their SEISA dues. 2. Sailing Instructions The Sailing Instructions will be available Saturday, March 27. 7. Racing Area Racing will be conducted on Lake Travis from the Austin Yacht Club. 8. Procedures and Course Regatta management, procedures and courses will be in accordance to ICSA PR. 11. Housing and Transportation Limited housing available upon request. Please contact the regatta organizer with the number of teammates if requesting housing. 12.
