Some RESP files not made by rdseed cannot
be read by SEISAN. This has been fixed in upcoming version. However,
for the current version 11.0, new versions of mulplt.exe and
automag.exe
are available in sub-directory /SEISAN/RESP.
The file corrected is sys_resp.for in LIB, also available in RESP for
those who have to recompile.
If you still cannot read a RESP file correctly, please send it to me
so I can fix it.
