I did more testing and discovered that the dirf executable is vanishing from the PRO directory.
I used the installer to repair seisan and the executable was there. I ran dirf and the executable was still there. I ran dirf again and the executable had gone! I don’t know much about Windows, and this has me totally puzzled.
