I don't think mapping the concepts to SOAP works very well (as SOAP is
always client/server regardless of the style you use).

But just on their own "document-based" and "RPC-based" make a lot of sense
as names for the html-table vs. driven modes.

Document-based means running against a (static/generated/etc.) HTML table.

RPC-based means invoking commands on the fly from code.

I like it.
