I couldn't find anything on this in the topic list (if there is apologies for posting this). I managed to get the Special:AddPage working using the formlink parser function (with a query string for pre-defined values in the call). Navigation to the appropriate form works fine with pre-defined values being filled in. However, when I try to save the form to create the new page (or ask for a preview), a popup comes up stating: Tooltip Script Error Message: wz_tooltip.js must be included INSIDE the body section, immediately after the opening <body> tag Clicking ok leads to normal loading of the page, yet clearly something is not going right. Any thoughts, suggestions? Thanks for any help!
