I am using the Glossary. Disabling remedied the problem. Currently, the glossary is not a major thing or anything, so I'll leave it like it is. For working to resolve the issue at some point in the future:
The SF version I am using is the most recent one available from the web site, version 1.3. I checked the glossary.php of the extension. It contains glossary setup method which adds a html statement to the output for the tooltip. It seems the order is somehow off, and it is added before the actual body statement of the semantic form result. Adding normal pages does not result in no problems.
