How odd - I'm seeing this email now on the Google Groups website, but I don't think I ever got the corresponding email for it - it's not in my "spam" folder either. In any case, some of those ideas have been implemented - SD 0.5 has free-form inputs. There are no specific plans for any of the others at this point, though with funding, all things are possible. :)
I should note that multiple values per filter are already possible, and have been for a long time; what was on the list was just some suggested changes to the system.
