I'm sorry I wasn't very clear.  I want to import the data from pages using
existing templates into forms.  I already have a number of templates and
forms all ready to go, but I've got lots of pages that need to be imported
into forms before they can be edited with the forms.  Otherwise I get the
"Warning: This page already exists, but it does not use this form." error,
and I was hoping there might be an automated tool for importing data from
pages.
