well, this looks good so I tried {{#info:my tooltip here}}, but it's

Poking around showed that /w/extensions/SemanticMediaWiki/skins/
SMW_tooltip.js is not in the header of my form's page.... so how do
you recommend that that js file be included at least in forms' pages,
at best in all pages?
