Very odd - I logged in to the site and tried uploading a few files. It looks like uploading works; the only issue is that the "Destination filename" field remains blank after you choose a file, which could lead to a lot of user confusion. If I had to guess, I'd guess the issue lies with your "Common.js" page, which looks like it has some customizations for uploading:
