Hi all,
in Version 1.0 of SMW, ask query results for a certain category do not only
contain the articles of this category but also its subcategories. For an
example, go to http://ontoworld.org/wiki/AskWithCategories where you can
find a query
<ask>
[[Category:City]]
[[Located in:=*]]
[[Location of:=*]]
</ask>
The result table will also show entries for Category:Global City and
Category:Large City, which are subcategories of Category:City.
As far as I know, this behaviour is different to the pre1.0 release (or at
least to the 0.7). Is this right? If yes, is this a bug or a feature?
I myself would expect only articles as results and no subcategories,
especially since category pages do not have annotations (or different
annotations than their instances). Is this behaviour intended? If so, it
would be nice if you could provide a setting that lets you define if
subcategories should be included or not.
