In principle, yes, but not now or in the next two weeks. I still find 
discussions to be easy to have via email. We can record the *outcome* of 
the discussions on the wiki, but I don't see what the advantage would be 
in having a second copy of all our emails on the web (this list of 
course already has a public archive anyway).
