Thanks Jesse,

This is pretty cool. I was even able to add "SHOWFACTBOX" and add a
property. I see that you add invisible tags to the HTML that is used by the
Inline Editing library. What do you think of embedding RDFa, instead?

Best,

Benedikt

Hi, Benedikt -
The inline editor is a demo to use Wiki Object Model. It is not a final
version of inline editor by any means, but you can check it out at
http://wiking.vulcan.com/dev_sandbox/index.php?title=Main_Page&action=wiedit

If you mouse over the text, you will see different portion of the content is
highlighted, and you can see different type of editor is chosen depending on
the type of object. One thing you may want to check out is to mouse over the
list under
http://wiking.vulcan.com/dev_sandbox/index.php?title=Main_Page&section=3
Team Member section, and see the query interface is popped up:-).

Please let me know if you have any questions, comments and suggestions.

Cheers,
Jesse

        Hello,

Unfortunately, I missed this session, again, although I now realize
that it
had interesting content for thread "Inline Editing Functionality by
using
        RDFa".

In [1] "A simple inline editor (AJAX styled) to let user modify a
specific
portion of the wiki page". I'd be interested how you do that. Could
someone
point me to a demo? When will the necessary code be released?

In [2] "Tabularform is a query result printer that enables users to
update
instances by editing a query result directly in the result table." I
guess
this will only be available for SMW+? The demo at [3] is empty,
could
someone point me to a working one?

        Cheers

My fellow SMW users and developers, :)
I'd like to invite you to participate again in our monthly open
forum on SMW
development, which will be on Thursday March 10th, at 10am PST, 1pm
EST, 19
        CEST.

Everyone is welcome to put a slide up there for a short talk as
well, or you
can contact me if you want more time.
