Yet, after deletion of all triple in the store and of all relational data, an SMW_update.php, and 2x an SMW_refresh.php (from command line), the triple store contains the wrong uris.

Of course, I do not want to manually go through all pages to have the right URIs stored. I thought, SMW_refresh.php does this and is the only way. Not sure about the reasons: It might be a bug in the OpenVirtuoso-handling of SMW. Also, maybe my Apache-PHP is not properly configured, e.g., I read in [1] that MW uses certain URIs depending on the CGI-PHP settings (if I knew how to change those...).
